Algorfa () is a municipality located in the province of Alicante , Valencian, Spain . It is located in the comarca of the Vega Baja del Segura, the area is predominantly Castilian linguistic.
The town sits on the banks of the Segura River, in lush and fertile countryside. A mountainous backdrop and a magnificent panoramic view of the coast. It has a population of 3,788 inhabitants (INE 2025), 65.5% of whom are foreigners.
It is one of the citrus growing farming villages of the Vega Baja. The village is a short drive from the stunning blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca, nature reserves and only a twenty minute drive from cosmopolitan Torrevieja . Less than an hour from Alicante International Airport.
The municipality of Algorfa borders Almoradí, Benejúzar, Benijófar, Los Montesinos, Orihuela and Rojales.

A visit to the neo-Gothic church built at the beginning of the nineteenth century is definitely worth a visit.
Algorfa holds a Sunday market El Mercadillo El Zoco. Local shops offer all daily needs and many shopping centres are available in the surrounding areas of Torrevieja and Orihuela.
Nearby is La Pedrera, a recreational area with mountain bike trails, walking trails with barbecue and camping areas.
The Finca Algorfa Golf Club, located just outside the village, is an excellent course. Designed by Pepe Gancedo, it opened its doors in August 2002, its facilities are of superior quality, with clubhouse and restaurant.
