The real estate market in La Marina
The market in La Marina stands out for its maturity: bungalows, villas and terraced houses form an already well-established residential park, with an active resale market alongside some new opportunities. It is a sector particularly suitable for buyers who are looking for an international community already in place, where English (and increasingly French) circulates as naturally as Spanish, with a highly developed social and associative life. Rental demand remains strong all year round, driven both by a large resident population and by a well-established tourist attendance for four decades — a profile that complements that of El Raso, which is more oriented towards a quiet family residence.
