With a built area of 41 m², the one-bedroom apartments are priced from €190,000 to €260,000, taxes and fees not included, depending on floor and position.

Two-bedroom apartments
The two-bedroom apartments have a built area of 56 m² and are priced from €280,000 to €320,000, taxes and fees not included.

Vera Playa lies in the Levante Almeriense, close to Mojácar and Garrucha. The bus stop for Mojácar is 150 m away, the water park 1 km and Garrucha harbour 8 km. Puerto Rey Club (water sports, tennis, padel) is 5 minutes away and Vera Plaza shopping centre less than 8 minutes by car.

Almería Airport is about 45 minutes away, and the future Vera-Almanzora high-speed rail station a few minutes’ drive.

Rental management and personal use
The development provides for rental management by a hotel operator. The operator handles marketing, reception, cleaning, linen and upkeep of the communal areas, and covers the associated costs. The owner receives a share of the rental result and pays the community fees.

The development’s financial projection allows two months of personal use per year at no extra cost, with no rental income during those periods. It also provides for additional stays at a preferential rate from November to February. The operator’s identity and the management contract are available on request, so you can review them before making any commitment.

Budget and projected income
Prices exclude taxes and purchase costs, which should be budgeted separately. Owners also pay running costs: community fees (around €60 per month according to the projection), IBI property tax, insurance and tax on rental income, which depends on your country of residence.
